Why we built Spoke
Founders Kieron and Jason were working across time-zones and noticed five simple observations that led to them creating Spoke. A decade later, teams across finance, insurance, healthcare, and high-value retail run millions of conversations every week on Spoke.
Everyone built phone systems for the desk; their mobile apps were an afterthought. Limited in features, flexibility, and oversight.
Advisers, adjusters, clinicians, and sales teams do their best work on the move — but the moment a conversation left the desk phone, the business lost it. No record, no oversight, no visibility. And in regulated industries, that means real risk.
